Getting started is a breeze! Simply fill out the contact form on your right or give us a ring at 1-800-310-6625. A friendly member of our team will get in touch with you to set up a time for an initial check-up. We’ll assess your proximity to our towers and check for any potential obstructions. If everything checks out, we’ll find a perfect time for you to install an antenna, set up the necessary cabling, and get your router up and running.
Once we’ve successfully installed everything, we’ll reach out to you to arrange the payment process. But don’t worry, if your location is too far from one of our towers or there are obstructions between you and the nearest tower, we’ll take note of the issue. As soon as we install additional capacity, which often resolves the problem, we’ll get back in touch to provide you with a reliable internet connection and kick-start our journey towards a trusted customer relationship.
